Floods happen every year to places beside rivers. Check Google for last years floods in Englland, and the year before that ad infinitum...

Yeah ADSL has its benefits, the SKY is down, and there is no power just down the road so i am lucky. Our house is on a hill so no chance of flooding, but at the moment im on an island, and some locals are panicking. Im smokin a fat one , chillin but it is nasty what is going on down the road. Cheltenham 40,000 people with no water and 10,000 with no power or water..
Chaotic scenes in supermarkets, i cannot even get there. 8 foot of water on main road, and a big lake has just sprung up from nowhere.
Cloud is weird as fuck, Our weather has been comprimised.. This is a false flag terrorist weather attack.

So does that mean they will close the barrier when the water rushes down stream towards London?

There is no road out, all exits are blocked... i will be fine... im too high up, if i flood there will be no England.

it is mainly river and rain water, sewerage treatment plants are miles away, im lucky im living at my Girlfriends Mothers house at the mo , and im in very rich middle England area. Good houses and the village is on a hill. Its the towns and the lower lying villages that are in the shit, even though we are in the middle of it we are quite safe.. i have 2 big drums full of water and food to last for weeks.
