I took a different approach a few months back. I started leaving things to my higher self/spirit. And letting it kinda glide me thru. I'm still doing it. So, I'm finding comfort in this technique. Not that it's for everyone, but I found myself at a point of not knowing what to do so I'm entrusting my spirit heart to lead.

Yea, I dont know much about it. I try to just follow my heart, and keep it simple.
I try to stay calm and not react too much but sometimes it's really hard. When I started this new technique of prayer, it came about from just a few words spoken. When you dont know what to pray for, your Spirit does....and it birthed from there.
