Gunmen dressed in all black, arrived in all-black unmarked vehicles, destroyed equipment and cell phones, government security forces did not respond during attack. Sounds so similar to the "ISIS" attacks that took place before the invasion, except they arrived in white Toyota trucks with Federal seals painted on top of them (so that they would not be bombed from the air)...smh.
