Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23540256 Yes, just terrible! More tourists than usual in Japan at the moment for the Rugby world cup. Yep, they were everywhere when I was there 2 weeks ago. And we just missed the typhoon that tore up Chiba and knocked out power for almost a week and a half by like a day.
