They were moving production to their growing selling markets under Obama but DID NOT begin this round of shuttering plants in the US and going into full 'leave the US' mode until Chump made it inevitable for them to make that decision. Chump has destroyed his own businesses time and again - only to be bailed out by Soros, DB, and other shady financiers to keep the illusion of his 'success' intact for the cattle who worship him.
