drink low pressure water

lots of things will work - skipping salt is not one of them.


a little less water to drink will decrease the fluid volume, but I would not recommend it.

I would recommend napping, music, and a vasodilator like alchohol

a tourniquet on your arm or leg, loosen after 10 minutes or so. It temporarily decreases the amount of circulating blood by the amount held back by the tourniquet.

Lay off the alcohol.

Eat some onions. I fry two chopped onions in olive oil. Lower my bp from 120 to 105. Google it. Think garlic works also.

To see if it works, go on a juice fast (0% fat) for a few days and then check your pressure.

If you smoke try to quit.

If you need to, try to lose a few pounds.

My doctor gave me clonidine (not klonopin), works good for me. I don’t know much about these types of meds though.
