Hey man. It no vegan advocate...I liove meat...but I did quit meat for a short period of time...like for the quarter of the year....90 days man.....anyways it was good to shave off 15 points off my high blood pressure.....

also avoided white sugar....although wasn't strict on that one and cheated a bit here and there....
