how do you know it is high?
top number or bottom number, or both?
I hope it turns out to be nothing at all.
Quoting: beeches Both. the lowest I can get relaxing for 20 minutes is 138 / 95 THAT is only the slightest bit high. When I was first diagnosed, mine was 224/141! NOT now, after lots of help from the V.A.!! .
