A few tips that I do. (I am on meds also.)
First - don't miss meds once u get them.
Turn off the news - put TV on cooking channel - kick back in chair - feet up - and get some Lorazepam also. Take 1/4 of pill when u feel stress coming on.

Also, the tea mentioned above.

Also, I buy the garlic stuff green olives and eat several per day. Just whenever - grab an olive or two.

Also, eat healthy, lose weight, avoid bad foods.

Stay AWAY from stressful situations, people, etc. Keep volume down on TV, and if u start feeling 'high' - go into room alone, no matter what it takes and find quiet and relaxing - old cowboy movie, or whatever. KEEP THE NEWS off and stay away from crazy internet news.
