Less politics.  IKR??? Last reading was 170/110 Are you on blood pressure tabs already? Because if you are that’s pretty high. As you say get to Docs ASAP No I am not. I didn't read far enough. You need beta blockers until you lose weight, lower the alcohol. See a doc either way.
