It's actually further evidence of how fucked in the head you are. Nobody in his or her right mind would do such a thing. We certainly wouldn't see someone who thought he was a 9-toed man trapped in a 10-toed man's body and wants to rectify the situation by having a pinky toe surgically removed as sane. Why the hell would we see someone who wants his junk removed any differently?
