I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm sort of a a.m. talk show junkie and all day PG&E is talking about turning off the power. I think they got everybody shook up the web traffic on the PG&E is slow and people cannot get on. It's going to be an interesting couple of days and right now 5 PM in Contra Costa County there is no wind
