In a normal state, state owned might be preferable but here in Kalifornia they'd probably shut off power to conservative areas on Election Day Yeah, I know, that might be a possibility. Controlled/owned Corporate-leftist CEOs could do the same thing, though. And say it was due to ... "fire concerns". Look what FB/Zuckerbook and Twatter and Gaggle do to their customers...
