So now if you want to live in a rural conservative area of California you won't have reliable electricity, you can't get fire insurance, gas is so expensive you can't commute.
Is this a plan to move everyone into the cities or possibly to force conservatives out of the state so the can have their liberal utopia, you know, so the whole state can be like the Gay Area.
