The Kurds? Kurds are where they were before the war although I'm sure portion of population moved to these Arab towns. The problem is kurdish militia who took over whole cities and villages that were always Arab in origin. For instance, Raqqa is an Arab city with Arab population but controlled by Kurds. Kurdish militias need to leave these areas so that peace can take hold and sunnis come back home.
