Also the reason why America is leader in heart disease. People don’t want to hear their eating habits are bad. It’s a sore subject.

The oldest woman in Italy who died at 117 ate a few eggs a day(some raw because of doctors orders she was young)and some chicken with hardly any vegetables or fruits because she didn’t like them. Also ate cookies. She divorced her jerk husband when young and never remarried. She said she was a happy person.
