$8 billion seems excessive.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77824933 it's bullshit. that kind of shit is going to happen in this business, and the Government needs to fully Indemnify the Pharmaceutical Industry so we can get on with medical care for The Good of The Many. on the inserts they list about 500 horrible side effects so they are all taking these drugs at their OWN risk and why wouldn't the doctors who prescribed it not be liable too?
