Holy, so the war wasn't hot anymore because, in his words "ISIS was 100% defeated". So how was talking about American casualties relevant? This was a POLITICAL move that re-ignited a war. There could've been a POLITICAL move that brokered peace between those two allies of the US that are now killing eachother.
