Nobody in Wyoming uses stands, we all hunt on foot. That does not stop CWD. We watch the dear before we shoot. A dear that is late stage CWD is easy to spot. I saw one up around Cody a couple years ago. I would have put it down, but I was going to the hospital, and couldn't carry a gun there. When you say "americans went lard ass" you should probably qualify that statement with "east of the Mississippi".
