I have been wondering about that since I saw the footage in the Senate chamber of him sniffing various little girls, adolescents, and grown women at swearing in ceremonies and such. Why doesn't someone publicly humiliate him by calling him out loudly, in some fashion, including a firm slap, for that kind of behavior? I think that the public would understand.
