Are Californians really this stupid ? Santa Ana winds are blowing throughout areas of California and the fire danger has risen to “high”. The brains that run California are doing controlled burns during this “high”. Below are two examples. Prescribed fires are also known as controlled burns and are very dangerous with the current weather conditions. Prescribed burning is usually conducted in the cooler seasons, between November and June. Today, the 9th of October, I came to the conclusion that its fun to watch Californians get bent over and screwed by TPTB.
PG&E is not concerned a power line may get blown down from a gust of wind and start a fire on dry fuel. Nope. PG&E does not want their power poles to catch fire and burn into ash when there is a uncontrolled wildfire.
