I have worked with a woman with Fibro - Doctors won't find it as it is primarily in the energetic fields of the body. You will have to trust me on that one. Find a really good Tai Chi or Qigong instructor who can take you through the whole emotional clearing process. Fibro is common in a lot of empaths. Cut out the Gluten, I will check back in a week. |

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened. |

I have bone pain in my hands, debilitating pain in my lower waist, all gone quite fast after I started drinking cucumber juice in the morning. I blender the cucumber with water. Cucumber juice is a very hydrating drink. Sometimes I blender it with mango and it taste good. Drinking plenty of water alone may not work, but still after drinking cucumber juice in the morning or when painful, keep drinking water or juice throughout the day. In my case, my waist pain lessened a lot after I drank cucumber juice which made me realize I could have dehydration since I often get a dry mouth when waking up and feel weak and get fatigue quickly with physical work. May also try Celery juice, harder to find for me so I do not try it. Cucumber juice and Celery juice are the idea from Medical Medium. Medical Medium wrote a book on mystery illness like autoimmune, lyme, many chronic illness. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 25404146 Canada 10/12/2019 06:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP, I went through what you are going through. It lasted from 2010 until 2017... then it started to get better and now I am 80% back to my old self. I am not nearly as flexible as I was before I got sick and my energy is still not great. Like you I never got a diagnosis. I researched like crazy and considered ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, MS, and even Cushings Disease. I did talk my endocrinologist into a test for the latter but it was not definitive. It was shortly after that test, though, that improvements began. Also around the time of that test I did something that I'd been wanting to do for a long time which was to tell a family secret that I'd been carrying around for 12 years. So... I don't know if it was the test that began the improvement (because I had to take a dose of something beforehand in order for the lab to assess my blood) OR if the letting go of that secret was what did it. Honestly I believe it was the telling of that secret. I did it on youtube in a series of videos, actually. I told the whole story and in the months after that I got better and better and better. Are you holding in any secrets or lies (same thing, IMO)? ............ I can give you a few of the tricks I used to survive the pain & fatigue: 1. TENS machine. Get one. $30 online, approx. SO much relief from that. 2. Beer. it's a horrible thing to be dependent on alcohol but it did numb the pain. 3. alternating heat & cold. 4. a wide, tight belt around my waist/lower back/hips. I had to make one. I tried those really tight girdle/underwear things but they were so difficult to take on and off to go to the washroom that they weren't worth it. 5. A cane to get up and down from chairs, in and out of cars. 6. Combine Advil and a tylenol 3 (which is tylenol with codiene). The pharmacist recommended this and it helped a lot. 7. stand in a door way with your back on one half of the frame. Put one foot at a time up onto the other side of the frame. Push lightly. 8. Do the same as above but facing the door frame - put your foot up behind you onto the other door frame. 9. Stand, hold on to the back of a chair. Lift leg out behind you. Try to bend knee slowly. It's really important to try and work your sacroiliac joint, IMO. okay.. sorry this is long. That 7 years of my life was crazy and towards the end I thought I would die. I certainly believed that this was it for me. I'd never be able to live a normal life ever again. But like Isaid it all changed.. slowly but surely better I hope the same will happen for you, OP. I really do. :) It *can*, I am living proof. |

We’re in the same boat with my son. Can’t get disability without a diagnosis. In our case, we’ve always thought that it was caused by a medications prescribed by a psychiatrist but no doctor would entertain that theory because if we sued they would then have to testify At any rate now I am also having the same pain and in the same places Mom was diagnosed with fibro, so we’re thinking maybe that’s it since we all now have it, however, I am still not convinced that a move to the country away from all the wifi, etc, wouldn’t make a big difference My son just gave up on a diagnosis after almost 4 years of trying He started painting and is really good at it He’s selling his work faster than he can paint it so, in our minds he took a disability and turned into something positive Prayers for you op! |

Go cold turkey for two weeks on everything you eat and go organic. Use organic cleaners, soaps, lotions, perfumes, anything scented, etc. . Remove anything produced, and go back to what's natural, not pesticided, not hormoned to death, and not chemicalized. Get organic foods, healthy balance and add in each week your favorite item while maintain organic trend. Journal before, during and after on how you feel mentally and physically. Do this to note anything like mood, gas and bloat, acid reflux, odor, pain, stiffness, swelling, sweating, anxiety, dry skin, muscle aches, cramps, sleep quality, energy level, joint health that particular moment. Any negative results from a food or product should be taken out and supplemented with an organic substitute or alternative. No one ever thinks about subbing white sugar out. Did you know white sugar is really processed so much that sugar cane that it is derived from is altered so much from a natural form, its almost unnatural. Take a tour sometime of a sugar mill. It will enlighten you. You can buy organic sugar, unprocessed. Anyways, the whole elimination process can take months, but I promise you I did this and it changed my life. Everyone is different too. Its not easy. There are non fast solutions. This may help you or lead you to some better quality of life until you find what is the main cause. God speed and God Bless. Quoting: WolfpackKeeper 78066643 Good advice. I would completely eliminate sugar though. |

I have a lot of information saved about it. It is worth looking into megadosing for pain. I read that extensive research says the safe upper limit should be revised upward to 10,000 IU per day but that it may really actually be much higher even 50,000 per day. The thing is, all the nutrients work together and if you're going to take a lot of vitamin d then you ought to also take magnesium and vitamin k. And you may be calcium deficient and not know it, I've been looking into that lately. And you need vitamin a and a high quality E complex. And lots of people suggest megadosing on vit C as a first step for anything. Everyone is deficient in trace minerals and you burn all the b complex every day. You probably need b12. You can afford to experiment at online places like Swanson Vitamins. Get there emails and stuff goes on sale all the time. Much cheaper and safer than drugs, you just have to read a lot. And don't use Google for searches, they censor natural health. |

Many find relief with CBD or Pot Some use an Herb called Uva Ursi another called Shegoi. Alt med doctors treat it as a Herpes like virus that attacks the CNS Even the Cleveland clinic now recommends herbal treatments to elevate some symptoms Fibro is a virus....I turned to herbs, but some very few docs treat it with antivirals...a doc that had it himself figured it out, he wrote a book about it..can't recall name...Fibro is more than pain. Extreme fatigue, brain fog, affects everything in body. Much of fibro is food allergies...follow whole 30 diet and that'll help so much alone. I've had it eighteen years...mom and son has it too. Kratom works great for pain...a true godsend. You must expierememt with it before you find the right method and dose for yourself, however. A normal gut with healthy flora can handle the gluten easily. These low fat low carb diets are killing people. It has to be the right fats (unsaturated fats - avocado...) and right carbs(red unpeeled chopped potatoes) to replenished the flora in your gut.
