now the solution is to locate any cell phones within the dwelling by some means. if cell towers can ping or locate a phone within the GPS of the house and either call it, or identify the phone.

the question is, how long does that take if there is a crime in progress, it would have to be done quick and courts won't let them do stuff like that without warrants and all that.


if they had a tool, to locate and automatically dial any number within GPS of the dwelling or ID the phone then they would know more info before going in.
