cops are trying to solve the problem, they are not the problem.
a lot of you don't know what it's like to live in area like that, where people get robbed or raped in home invasions. it's like, the main thing on your minds all the time. the safety and security of your own home or neighbor's homes is never certain.
not the cops fault, not the neighbor's fault, it's the people invading homes, committing assaults.
women/girls get raped in their own houses a lot in black areas, not uncommon thing. they roam around looking for open doors like that, all the time.
