They are a scab on the sore knee of Florida.. we hate the place, broward and dade as well.

I imagine there are a few normal folks there but they are the ones who let it get over run.

OMG....I am so glad I didn't read this thread when posted. I was out working on my lawn.

When I came in from outside, I saw a text from my daughter. She said they didn't go to the Town Center Mall as I knew they had planned today.

Her text:

"Just so you know, we are not at the mall....we were about to go 40 minutes ago, and then heard the news that it was on lockdown due to an active shooter. Just got an alert that at least one person was shot...."

Boca Raton is in Palm Beach County. The mall has upscale stores. Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers, Cartier, Boss, David Yurman, Coach, Gucci.....

They even have valet parking at the mall at 4 different entrances.
