With an advanced enough telescope they could watch T-rex battling triceratops, yep.

Not only that bit could intercept radio communications from species past, then by the time they get here, life has recycled and a new species called Mankind has taken over

It could if it used a gravity or magnetic based transfer of information as the speed of light would be far too slow. Maybe looking glass tech or something even better like that.

They can travel through wormholes and see it up close. They don't need a very powerful telescope.

They probably could, but wouldn't have to.

Millions of planets that are in certain states most likely have dinosaurs on them. Like, right now...

That would probably work, they wouldn't need a telescope any more powerful than Hubble.

Re: Can Aliens 70 million lightyears away see dinosaurs on Earth with a super advanced telescope?
The aliens might be able to establish a link through the quantum entanglement the photon has from the point in space/time when it was emited and the current point in soace/time at the photon as it enters the receiver telescope, such that they could open up a worm hole connection (portal) to the point when the photon was emitted. Thus openning a portal and being able to directly view the dinosaurs in real time.

Re: Can Aliens 70 million lightyears away see dinosaurs on Earth with a super advanced telescope?
Yes, they can zoom around anywhere with an invisible 'camera' giving full display of anything they want.

Kind of like when you're playing the sims game. Except a bajillion times more advanced and real.

What they are doing is trapping universal energy into this reality called Earth and forcing it to live a life as a human. Basically ripping a piece of your universal soul out of the eternal bliss and subjecting it to chaos and turmoil, calling it a 'lesson' or 'school'.

Re: Can Aliens 70 million lightyears away see dinosaurs on Earth with a super advanced telescope?
No they cant.

Dinosaurs had a weird gizzard thing that gave them the power to 'know someone was looking at them', so mostly, they stood under trees and stuff, or in tar pits under the water line. (tar line)

I remember a Superman comic; Supergirl is taking it hard dealing with the death of Krypton, so he takes her into deep space and to a spot a certain amount of light years from it and they use their super vision to observe the light from many decades in the past so she can watch her parents and herself alive on Krypton just enjoying life.

Re: Can Aliens 70 million lightyears away see dinosaurs on Earth with a super advanced telescope?
I would say yes, but they would not actually need the telescope, if they themselves a spiritually "super advanced", since spiritually advanced civilislations (those who do not wage war and throw nuclear bombs around like we do) are allowed highly developed technology, allowing them to actually COME HERE instead of just looking at us from afar. This is actually the case.

In theory that should be possible. But a quick calculation shows that the telescope would need to have a lens with a diameter of 70 billion kilometers in order to see 1 meter objects as a single pixel. A dinosaur should then be recognizable. I’m sure aliens have better things to do than to build a telescope that large.
