THUS...... he was finally transfers from jail in july and place under house arrest.... with his mother .at there own home..... until the date of his trail...... with the 7 month late DNA test result? ....

Maybe you were able to withstand coercion by authorities when you were 8 years old. Many people can't. Even adults have trouble to keep their composure if they are in a situation where they withheld food, sleep, etc. in order to have them confess whatever the cops might wanna convict you of. People can be made to confess pretty much anything. Through manipulation they can be made to even believe they did the act in question. Sleep deprivation for example does wonders for manufacturing false memories.
