True connection with other living things. Get out in nature if people don't feel right for you to connect to. Volunteer if you want to connect with people but find it difficult to meet others. You can find a way out. Work through your pain and lonliness. Your feelings will guide you.

Expressing how you feel is necessary sometimes. Especially when you don't even take aspirin for pain. I feel like everyone around me takes their meds and goes into zombie mode.

Only you can change your life OP. Get off the internet, for a start! Go somewhere, see something different. Get a hobby and you’ll meet others it’s all about connections. Also for past abuse try some therapy or counselling to help move on

Go volunteer at homeless shelter, soul kitchen, etc and hear their stories. Good way to forget your problems and make friends. I would if I could, by there are really, really evil people that want me gone.
