So I was called to the living room to watch this video - and before the black hole, there were rockets and a huge meteor. There were cracks in the sky - like it was Glass.

Designers... It's been done several times over in different instances. Blizzard, Gamesworkshop, and others have used this tactic to bring more people into their franchise. Destruction usually sells.

I grew up with Mario and know a lot about gaming, and cannot believe popular games today are crapfests like Fortnite. No wonder I gave it up long ago.

Fortnite is pretty fun if you take it for facevalue. Anything deeper, you're going to have issues. I love what Epic games has done with this event.

Turns out all of us have black screens and it's our mind somehow or another creating what we see.

It is good....but i need to get back in the game...LOL

I feel a lot of bitterness about gaming. First it was Pinball machines, then while I read books, practiced instruments and studied, other kids in town had typical 1970s video games. I didn't like comics either. Now the two combine for an even worse nightmare. I can't imagine staring at that shit on a screen permanently. I can barely stand a few seconds of a video game.
