looks like we have a new "target" for observation....

I think there might be 2 more personalities.....Darlene and Price. I found it odd how in the last episode, Mr Robot says something like "did you just see that? He just left the room"
It caught my attention for some reason. And didn't Darlene dissapear for a bit in season 1 or 2? I remember wondering if she was a figment of his imagination back then....before we knew that Mr. Robot wasn't real.

White Rose spin-off?

Elliot Villar deserves an award for his role as Vera...THAT is fucking acting.

I was expecting that to be their move after his mom died.

But the stuff with Dom happened.

So if they go that route, it's only part time that it happens.

Looks like they are about to bring Angela back.

Yea, I figured Angela is coming back, in some form.

The show is an ultimate mind-fuck...I love it!

I'm happy he found the key.

What is White Rose doing in the Congo?

Angela is nice to look at. She was epic at the end of last season, but she lost her grip on reality doing it.

IMHO, Christian Slater has been playing 2 roles this whole series. The Mr. Robot with his hat on, psycho, the muscle so to speak.. And the nice protective guy that Elliot wished his Dad was, with no hat on.

It's all about the hat. In fact I remember a Jimmy Kimmel episode where Slater said something like that, and mentioned he might get in trouble for saying it.

I don't watch TV, but I bought the first 3 seasons of this show, and will buy the last.

If anyone hasn't checked it out, you'll either love or hate the show.

It's different, but highly recommended.

The hat Slater is the protector.

Since he was talking to himself as a kid I guess that answers the question.

That's what I was thinking, but they didn't explicitly talk about it. Or I don't remember them doing so.

There is a lot to cover in 5 episodes, and I am sure I will be left with that "WTF just happened feeling" when it's over.

It can't be Darlene. She has meaningful interactions with other characters as "Darlene" and they treat her like "Darlene"

It can't be Price, for the same reason.

The only options are Mr. Robot (like the above said, he's playing 2 different roles. One with a hat and glasses, and one without. Rewatch and notice the difference), or it could be the writer/director, Sam Esmail (Which makes HIM the REAL Elliot, and Elliot another personality). He's appeared 1 time every season so far, when he was "needed most". There was a scene one season where you could see him as Elliots reflection.

It could be the audience as well. Remember, the series starts off with Elliot talking to YOU, the audience.

Either way....WTF is going on? We won't know until it ends, and even then.....do we even know WTF we just watched?

as a kid he is talking to his older self and as his older self he is talking to his younger self in some sort of quantum twist?

The third personality is him as a child. It was in the last episode.

Another thing I noticed is the whole timeline seems all fucked up. Anyone paying close attention knows what I mean.

It could be why in season 1, when Elliot meets Whiterose she says to him "You hack people, but I hack time"

Darlene is definitely her OWN character...UNLESS, Everyone is Eliot.

IF, that is the case (Everyone is Eliot), then the writers are more attuned, than I give them credit for.

Damn right, Darlene is her own character, she is Darlene.....UNLESS everyone is Elliot, which makes no fucking sense, which makes the whole show makes sense.

In the end, we are going to see "Elliot" sitting in a mental institution, wearing a helmet while Angela and Darlene are next to him, Price as the shrink, Wellick as an orderly, and Elliot rambling on about time travel and how in 2015 he KNEW Trump would be President and a gay Chinese tranny is attempting to take over the world.

I just started watching this shit...season one was decent. Then it went all schizo mind bender for season 2. I hate shows like this.

I honestly though Rami was winning the accoladtes and awards all this time for playing a literal robot!

Sheesh...Tyrell's wife is a wacko. I probably won't make it past the middle of season 2.

Stopped watching after the steamy man on man grunting action. Totally unnecessary bullshit.

This show is about an army of NSA and CIA Special Activities Division hackers roaming around the world being brainwashed and living in a parallel society where at given point they infiltrate all banking institutions and let them collapse from the inside to introduce a Standard Digicoin with Anonymous style groups cheering on the streets mistakenly thinking they are getting freedom through crypto currency.

One infiltrant is career driven Angela who was offered a memory wipe by Chinese intelligence. Price was fond of Angela and on top of the pyramid. Price was a player of the big game and they trade and sell countries in Africa for own personal interests.

Angela and Elliot are in some kind of MK ULTRA program. This is precognitive programming. Elliot leaves messages on servers to his other self which is a split personality getting orders from his Daddy who was in the program before them. The dad is Mr Robot and died of cancer but this was not a natural death. The Chinese spies said "He can die for us just like his father".
