1. She was passed out in a running car with alcohol and marijuana in it and under-age (under 18) teens in the car.

2. She was not going to be arrested, but released to her parents (even though she is an adult at 18 and could be arrested), until she chose to become physically combative because the cops took away her bong.

The cop would have been fully justified in emptying his gun into her head and the heads of the passengers in the car.

Just remember, the Cop was fishing big time. Don't make conversion with Cops. He's looking to arrest you on something. I stopped at a rest area after driving a long way and went to sleep. A Cop was banging on my window acting like he gave a shit about my welfare. Next thing I know he's accusing me of being drunk, doing drugs and then he says he smells Pot. When I wouldn't make conversion with him he said that made me a suspicious person. Asked for my ID I declined. Now I'm really suspicious to him. Guilty til proven innocent in USA now.
