I'm surprised to see so many remarkably vitriolic attack posts against not just the company founder but anyone who thinks the Mandela Effect might be occurring. Thanks for posting the vid, OP. I watched it and I give the guy a lot of credit. I find it likely that the historical record IS somehow being altered. Is it CERN? Was that what it was designed to do? Some theorize that TPTB are stripped of their power on this timeline, so their last-ditch plan was to push us onto another timeline. Is such a thing possible? Who knows. But it's a damn interesting idea.

As for the other Mandela effect examples, anyone who understands how memory and cognition actually function in humans will know those faculties are anything but reliable and infallible, and anyone that plainly observes the power of memes will see how easily information is disseminated throughout a culture. There are myriad examples of factually inaccurate information being propagated through word of mouth going back centuries, and these product names are no different. It makes perfect sense to conflate the company name Stouffers with the brand name 'Stove Top' as the two sound similar. Likewise, mistakes with the Haas vs Hass spelling can be propagated innocently and baked into the culture through misspelled product labels in stores and other places. The name suffix 'stein' is much more common than 'stain', so people will hear 'Berenstain' as 'Berenstein' and remember it that way.

This shit really isn't difficult to figure out. The brain will always fill in the blanks to make itself feel like it has an accurate vision of reality and will reject anything that challenges that vision because of its insecurities. Human minds are interested in what keeps them alive and stable, not what's correct or accurate. Haven't you ever spied some dust on the ceiling from a distance and immediately thought it was a spider? This is that same effect, but on a mass scale.

For example, how many people remember experiencing something (a memory) that actually didnt happen in this timeline or this universe?

So they remember being molested, raped, assaulted, but it didnt happen in this timeline. And then 10, 20, 30 years later, they go to the police and make an accusation against someone and person is like "I didnt do that, I dont even know you" ..... and an innocent person goes to jail and has their life ruined.
