Also, what a messed up world where you can lie about your gender (or make one up for yourself and get offended that your identity wasn't offered as an option) on the same application and they've got an expedited admission process and a club for you on campus, and maybe even a parade and a spot on the wrong gender's lacrosse team for you, but lie about your race and your mom goes to jail for 3 weeks.

Did the attorneys or courts force the student to take a dna test to prove they were not black? How do they know for sure the student doesn't have some black dna?
i thought it was considered racist to make someone prove their race anyway.

What's the cutoff percentage? Will it be okay to deny someone with 49% african dna the ability to call themselves black? Will a person with dark skin but only 5% dna have to register as white? How dark is dark enough? Will there be charts? If I get a really dark tan will I qualify?

Surely this devalues the qualification... You dont give for example gold medals to athletes that don't come first place do you??

Can you imagine the uproar if they started giving Gold medals to white men that placed 5th or 6th in the men's 100 or 200m at the olympics???

I told a black friend that in a basketball game of 21 that if I spotted him 5 points, what would that mean. He said he wouldn't take it because it shows he's inferior and needed the help.
