Tulsi isn't really a democrat.

The DNC has pretty much told her she is persona non grata. If she ain't willing to spy on other Americans, sell state secrets to our enemies for a profit, or run a congressional spy ring to blackmail the government, she might just blow the whistle on those that are willing.
