It's only a 'good habit' until it's not.

Not really a drug...This is about my friend.
He works at one of those collection facilities and partakes in it's production.

He's not queer or anything...I'm from Texas...I mean he's from east Texas.

There's really no such thing as an 'expert' at pharmocology, because of the odd behavior of the combined atoms at the molecular level on the human biological system.

Benzodiapines for example, are much different, and much harder than getting off Opioids or any other drug. Will power alone do nothing when your GABA system isn't producing anymore.

If such experts existed, Stephen Paddock, a Benzo addict with at least 3 years of taper ahead of him, would have been spotted, and flagged.

A strong Benzo like Xanax, Klonopin, or Ativan, only takes 2-4 weeks to get completely physically dependent/addicted to, without the user even knowing it until they attempt to quit.

Small dosages of Valium can be quit cold turkey relatively easily.Valium is also used to Taper individuals off Xanax and Klonopin, which isn't just a week or months process, but in many cases, a multiple YEAR process.

It about ruined me and did nothing for the pain or anxiety but make it worse.

FYI: If you go to Jail/prison with an Opioid addiction, Marijuana addiction, or Cocaine addiction, they'll just laugh at you. If you go to Jail/Prison with a Physical dependency on Benzos, it's considered a medical Emergency now.

The reason for this is the amount of people who have died under these circumstances of being cut off cold turkey. The withdrawal of the other drugs just makes you suffer intensely, which they like, but doesn't make you die like Benzo withdrawal, which typically causes a Gran Mal Seizure in less than 3 weeks. We're talking Xanax/Klonopin strength here, not small amounts of Valium.

There's multiple ways to do it, and that is one that may help somewhat. The foremost expert in the world, Heather Ashton, recommends starting at the equivalent dosage of Valium, and tapering very slowing from there.

One 2 mg Klonpin tab = 40 mg of Valium just to give you an idea of what's going on here.

There are people who take 2 mg of Valium per day and do just fine, and can quit relatively easily without ending up in the ER room with a tube down their throat.

Yeah you're right. In reality, this is more dangerous than Heroin, except inversely, it kills you when you're off them, not when you take too much of them. Plausible Deniability central on the part of the prescribers.
