At some stage there is going to be a shortage of resources, there is going to be a problem with exports as CHINA, US, RUSSIA , ASIA fight to remain the top dogs in export, draining the resources and money from the weaker. You can see this already, EUROPE will not survive if we are all separated. The UK will def not make it on its own. There is just no way, the way things go you will be eaten alive by a bigger fish. I'm pretty sure the EU does not want a strategically well placed Island next to its border run as a vasel state by some country what does not like the competition the EU poses. Change is hard, we don't like it either, but its a devil we have to take than the devil we dont know.
