Why are Candy Bars and Frito Lays Chips significantly more expensive now than they were a few months ago? | |

It wouldn't be because the Tariffs right ? Hershey's bar now cost 88 cents when it used to be 74 cents and the small bagged chips that used to be 2 for $1 now are $1.50 for 2  What's really going on here? and also BUTTER are being packed in a SMALLER container that is square like instead of the old circular molding. Hot Pockets as well are smaller too. All happened in the past 6 months. When in 2012-2018 it all stayed the same. I know about inflation and how they have been doing this for years/decades. But not this EXTREME in just a couple of months. |

But everything is getting expensive when gas is already low in price. |
