Only bad thing about his sarcastic diss response is that he didn't give a political angle to what the reporter was asking about. The President could have said in a few words said that because France has been following a sloppy-ass liberal/leftwing formula for decades - not helped by Limousine Liberal Emmanuel Macron - the country has had consistently high unemployment rates throughout most of that time.
