I don't think the Constitution is silent about sexual orientation.

Sex is a form of expression/speech. Therefore, how one chooses to engage in it, if between consenting adults, is a form of expression/speech. If done to rebel against religions doctrines, it is also a form religious expression.

I'd say it is covered by the free association/assembly clause of the First Amendment, which is exactly what also partly covers the Minnesota couple's rights not to associate or do business with those who would compel them to freely exercise their religion and engage in the type of speech that they so choose.

The Free Association Clause is under attack by Minnesota and Kieth Ellison.

Gays and Lesbians who support this action on the part of the state should ask themselves about the true purpose of this, and whether or not a Muslim, like Ellison, once they have undermined and destroyed the Free Association, Free Speech, and Religious Expression Clauses of the First Amendment will then use it to attack the free association, speech, and religious expression of gays and lesbians.
