 We already have a saliva drug wipe test for weed and coke and heroin. Dont they have it in USA? That test takes 8 minutes to show results, if positive then they need to take the perp to the cop shop for a blood test to see if the drug is over a certain level. It wastes police time, tying up 2 officers for hours and not fit fur purpose.
