UPDATE:

It seems that ebay lies to people and points them to that page if a seller pulls an item or something and a buyer is already buying it. That's my best guess. The error disappeared and I was able to purchase a similar item without issue. I promise that's the page I saw for that item MULTIPLE TIMES. I even used a different system to try to buy it. Same error message.
