Check your local laws. As long as its not rude or racis....like all white everything Better believe if I was surrounded by people who wanted to kill me and rape our women I'd be wearing my chainmail everyday and be carrying my 4foot coldsteel competition longsword. Yeah I HEMA train a bit... If you couldn't carry a gun or similar weapon a longsword is the next best time tested weapon.
