I don't have a problem with Jagmeet because he is Sikh, I have a problem with his message and his ideas for Canada. Most of his platform falls outside the mandate of federal policies. It was clear at the debate that the only 2 people that understand the difference between federal and provincial jurisdiction was Blanchet and Bernier. At one point, Scheer tried to make it look like he does too, calling out Jagmeet and telling him to run provincially, but later several of his answers showed he also doesn't understand the difference.

Just to clarify one point ....The msm ONLY ever mentions khadr and the $10.5 million pay out for having his “rights” violated.

The problem with elections in Canada is we have NO electoral college. The big eastern cities fully dictate who wins. When the voting stops inHamilton the election is OVERRRR. Nothing the west does at that point matters.

I don't care about race. I voted for a Chinese Canadian because his party is the only one that wants to reduce immigration. The other choices were all white, but they all want to either keep immigration levels the same or increase them.

Don't know what to say just wish more persons were awake to the system we are under now. Canada is nothing but a corporation as is the US. The government is de facto and has been for some time. People blindly follow and teach the system. You would think after some time and years of crying how promises are spoken but never kept you think they would look for reasons why it is this way. Yet too many just want to cry and paste on facebook year after year how upset they are instead of reaching out for a change. Starting with bringing back our Grand Juries. Canada had this taken away years ago. When anything of importance comes up it is always decided by the politicians because we operate under a representative democracy. If Canadians at least had a direct democracy we would have a say how things go down through referendums. Well if any Canadian is interested take a look at what we are offering as a choice. I work at a "church" that is holding elections voting and I don't like the look and sound of the people that are in charge of taking the names and securing the ballots.

My table that I voted at had clearly two homosexual reprobates "manning" the voter box and from what I gathered from others they just had a libtard look and feel to most of them, but not all.

Probably 70% of the poll monitors seemed for the Castro side of things!! They didn't want me hanging around to much and so I pretty much got the day off after checking in on things in the morning and casting my vote.

I'd like to return maybe later on and make sure there's no ballet box tampering going on and I may just do this.

Remember it's not who you vote for but, who counts the votes!!!

let me tell you a story..

I go way back as a conservative in Canada.. I voted for Mulroney etc.. and further back..

I was a member of the Reform party and involved with them for awhile..

I was elated when the Progressive Conservatives merged with the Reform Party because the reformers were eating them alive..

we saw it as kind of a reverse takeover in the corporate world..

sadly in the longer term the Conservative Party today looks more like the old Progressive Conservative Party of old.

it is possible that the PPC can become the new Reform Party of Canada and even learn from past mistakes.. but that won't happen in one election.

furthermore I would rather see Trudeau gone right now and even a minority government of Conservatives is actually a good thing for the PPC as a recruitment to their cause.

I know one thing though, Conservative should have clearly defeated Trudeau and if they don't there will be serious finger pointing at their HQ as to why they lost?
