I wonder if the cartels now run Mexico.
Quoting: Jon Titor ™ they need to be totally eliminated with extreme prejudice and urgency. The Mexican government, police and military are probably too corrupt to successfully eliminate the cartels. fixed no. but the Cartels could inflict a Rein of Terror and make quite a mess.
