One skirmish with the cartels and now the entire country of Mexico is ready to collapse? I seriously doubt that. Mexico City alone has what? 40 million people? Ever see a you tube video of Mexico City? They look pretty squared away and normal to me. It's these outliers that's got problems. Where the cartels really take over. Mexico is not going to collapse. But build that wall anyway.
