Longest you were the same underwear?

I wear underwear for a day usually, unless I'm driving cross country and then it could be up to four days and nights. When I sleep in my own bed, or a girl's bed, I don't wear anything from the waist down. In the winter I might wear a heavy shirt or jacket to bed at home, but nothing else. My balls need to breathe.
