How do they overcome the effects of zero gravity

on pilots over that long of a duration.?

That was the purpose of the mission by Scott Kelly. Long term exposure to zero gravity on the body. I don't really see it happening by 2035 but I think with time we will figure it out. Certain strength training and drugs, certain clothing and the design of the spaceship itself. Think the Martian with Matt Damon.
