Right now its a rather primitive system. All the men go to the polling station, which could be a big wood shed, a big tree or prominent rock, and they vote behind the wood pile. Women and natives aren't allowed to vote, of course, so they assist in counting the ballots and passing out refreshments to the white men.

Its all very civil.
