Don't know about your particular message but there was a message posted on craigslist. I was searching for a camper and when there was 162 campers but page 1 was 120 campers so I went to page 2 there wasn't the rest of the campers but a message:

I then typed it into duckduckgo and it showed numerous links posted to craigslist from all over the US. People are also are questioning it on twitter. Very odd...can someone add meaning to the above?
