House Passes Bill Making Animal Cruelty a Federal Felony

Finally! A bit of good news in this ever darkening world of ours. The "crushing" of animals is an incredibly popular animal based fetish on the Internet. Lots of women or "men" can make a phenomenal amount of money in a hurry doing this.

What "crushing" is is simply the act of standing on top of a small or small-ish animal such as a puppy or kitten, preferably on their skull or head area. As you stand on their head or skull area you slowly apply more of your weight. Despite the animal's increasing pleas then screeches of agony and pleading with you to stop hurting them you continue to apply more of your weight till your entire body's weight is on the skull of this poor animal's skull or head. If you weigh enough your weight will easily crush said puppy or kitten's skull long before your full weight is on them.

Now do you see why "crushing" is included in the extreme animal abuse stuff?

I totally agree with this. And they try to tie a bunch of bullshit like LGBT rights to an animal rights bill (or something similar) as the type of underhanded shit they pull in the process. Then they say "Republicans are against protecting these poor animals". When they don't care about animals. They just want to gut the Republic.

Horrible doesn't even accurately describe this extreme form of animal abuse, OP. Try to find any of those videos online. I watched a few when this initially became an Internet sensation. Imagine my surprise when those videos weren't about absolutely loving and adoring your pets. Crushing is something that is truly traumatizing for those who have not seen such videos. The photos are horrific enough... the videos with audio... Oh man... This emoji is the best I can find on GLP to best describe how I feel about "crushing".

Fully understandable, OP. A sane individual will not want to be actively seeking out crushing videos. Crushing videos are significantly different than bestiality videos. At least the animals in the mass produced bestiality videos usually survive. Not a single animal survives crushing videos.

Heck, as a side note concerning mass produced bestiality videos, OP, some years ago I did find an international article about one of the most popular bestiality videos ever produced. The video in question was a multi-part bestiality video where a single woman has sex with at least different dogs in one day. The woman who had sex with all of those dogs and her crew never were caught I think, but the dogs were found in the house nearly starved to death. Turns out in mass produced bestiality films and videos the animals are never really cared for. The animals just exist for the sexual pleasures of the humans. The dogs were rescued, but at least two of the dogs died of their malnutrition and various injuries, presumably by the other dogs fighting for food and water.

I'm all against animal abuse, but making it a felony is a slippery slope. As time goes by I could see them adding lesser forms of abuse all the way down to neglect to create more felons with the requisite loss of basic rights.

There is no way I could force myself to watch any video of this type.

And as I previously mentioned, adding unrelated b.s. to the bill. Imagine having your kids, weapons or house taken for abusing an animal. Not condoning the abuse of animals at all but I see the same slippery slope you refer to. I can hear it now, "He didn't give his dog Dasani water, take away his kids". A bit extreme, but you get the point. Animals are abused all the time when they are castrated, chipped, ears and tail cut and declawed by the time they leave their mother.

I'm so happy to hear. Elephants have recently been granted personhood. We need to grant that to many other species. We are going to lose so many animals otherwise. I can't take back what I've seen growing up rural. I'd like it to end. Animals should not be killed for sport and live horrific lives for the entertainment of sinister humans.
